Jim and Rhenda Wilson - Inspiring Seniors to Live a Homestead Life

Jim and Rhenda have a YouTube channel for called Heartiness Approach where they emphasize growing and eating real food, fitness, being emotionally well and doing that all in the setting of a homestead. We encourage as many seniors as we can to pursue their hidden passion and realize that they can have it. Many other seniors are finding their own little corners of the world with small acreage and building their homesteads to live out our lives. Others are hoping for a chance to make that happen. We cheer those who have moved back to the land and encourage those who want to. We know we can regenerate the land, however we can also regenerate our bodies and our health. We believe that one of the most effective ways to defy age-related illness is to change our lifestyle to be a homestead life.
